At last--a new look! This has been way overdue.

What do you think? Hmmm... Child Abuse ba? No, that's me.
Well the break's been pretty great. I can't afford to waste a second of it. Yup, still unwinding (too much ralph, too much...) coping, understanding, "technosexualizing" as quoted in an obscure trench of too much discreet analysis, sticking to my inconsistent calorie intake, and murdering my now-listed-mentally proostrations one by one. To keep it short, just trying to have fun. Aside from catching up on my occasional potato-harvesting (courtesy of my brown couch), I try to "do" things. It's too tiring to explain it 'ere. It's for everyone to die guessing..... I guess.

Anyway, it's been quite a "fallin' action" after playing at Mayric's for the very first time last Thursday night. Yup, Mayric's. A lil backtracking: that quaint almost-run-down bar across U.S.T. along Espana Blvd. is probably the most popular place to play at when you're talking about all kinds of alternative bands..(because while bamboo's booked in eat bulaga, the jazz and blues acts are pretty much mainstays in undeniably lofty places in Rockwell, Alabang, and elsewhere.) THE MAIN THING ABOUT MAYRIC'S is that being able to perform onstage there is a solidifying milestone. Well in our case, at least it pretty much was despite the guitar amp wreaking havoc on EVERYONE. I can say I had a memorably semi-great time. The ambience was passable, the twinge on my eyes--sure, sure, sure--and I guess the people there revved up most of the time I spent there. It was good to see some old (and new) classmates and friends--mostly thinned-down (Rani? Yeah why not..hehe) in uniform, expressed even more with hair-growth negligence. I saw 'Wake up your seatmate'. They were watching Jandrew, et al. Hmmm... :)
The keyword is, well.. "bitin." I did not get to jam with Mike Mangay of Porcina as much as I wanted to (back in the days, we used to jam in the classroom after classes and bewilder the crap outta every passerby) and our all-RATM set (killing in the name, tire me, freedom) lacked that... "feel." I sewar it did. Iba talaga pag-live eh. "5 deaths 11x in what?" hehe. Jong told me something about Inigo: "Grabe solid talaga growl nun o...growl talga eh.. galeng." Hehe. Take a compliment. As always and will not be soon enough (dammit I promise), we lacked practice. Our sneakers weren't squeaky enough... Pweh! Enough lame-ass metaphors.. Besides, having played there was great all the same. Anyway.. Moving on... Porcina was more than great (it didn't really look like it was their first time! ang galeng nila grabe!)...The 5 piece is relatively alt-prog-power-ballad, whose influences comprise of Tool, Silverchair, etc. Puking Pink Potatoes (3p) emo-ed my socks off (which is a good thing). Nakaya nila yung Coheed and Cambria, which got my attention as well. Good band. Maybe they should just change their name (us too, actually). It sounds like a sequel to that fairy-tale-ish story... I'm not sure what the name is.. but anyway, they also sound like that insanely creepy cabbage kidstory I came across with when I was an extremely innocent, non-verbal schmock lying around half-drowned in a pint of vanilla sherbet. But nonetheless they were good. The Fruits did well, too! (Yeah, Chino..hmmm.. That girl.. Hmm..). Dikkos... They....just... they could be better.
Spongecola? I ironically did not get to see the band we opened for. HAHA. I went home and slept.
Oh well. That was a debut and I guess the bliss in our nonchalance-inebriated-nerves was just seemingly held back but dammit,
IT WAS THERE. :)
(FOR JAMIE) Chris Evans stars in "Cellular". Now... showing. :)
a r g h................. (again, this is for jamie...)
Anyway... Pandesal with cream cheese. Mmm... Hey you know what's the new popcorn-- Tostitos with lasagna sauce and white cheese! I never knew how great it actually tasted 'til I sat down and experimented with it... First place is shared with... *drumroll*....
Chiz Curls!
hands down man.. yun talaga.. sarap.. But I guess buttered popped-kernels (tangina, now that's "clutter" in this gaddahm essay..wahahaha.. popcorn na lang..)would still be ok. Or anything from Jamie's house... I'm not kidding. :)Haay... I miss Jamie.
Can't wait for Halloween. Mmmm... That equates to...hmm...lemme see.. bwahahahahahahahahaha! a detonating combination of a three-part (no, not theme) buffet and cavity-infested teeth, courtesy of, yes, the brown couch i have + my good ol' neighbors and whoever + all Mr. Milton Hershey has to offer this belligerent nation. Mmmmmmm..
BTW
